BRAID

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-16

BRAID is an early-stage business financial-management service provided by BRAID. Pilot and beta functionality may change and may not always be available.

BRAID is software, not a bank, payment institution, accounting system, financial adviser, or custodian. BRAID does not execute payments, move money, or hold customer funds.

BRAID provides decision-support estimates, not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Financial state, runway, alerts, and recommendations depend on connected data, its freshness, and information you enter. They are not guarantees.

You are responsible for reviewing account and transaction classifications, obligations, source freshness, and evidence before acting. Provider and institution availability varies, and connected data can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

By connecting an account, you authorize read-only access through a supported provider for the financial-management purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You must have authority to connect the business account and provide the information you submit.

You may manage optional Financial Alert and Morning Brief email preferences in Settings. Personal account deletion and company/data deletion are separate actions; company deletion requires owner authorization and deliberate confirmation. Deletion and provider disconnection are subject to the lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy.

BRAID is offered on a pilot basis without an accounting-accuracy or uninterrupted-service guarantee. Liability and governing-law language should be reviewed by qualified outside counsel before broader commercial launch.
